1. Definitions
Terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:-

3. Making a Purchase
3.1) By using MJbathrooms site, you agree to these terms of use. If you don't agree to these terms, you may not use this site. MJbathrooms.co.uk reserves the right, at any time, to change, alter, or update these terms of use.
3.2) When you buy from us, it's vitally important you don't schedule any plumber or fitter or installer until your products have arrived and have been inspected and checked by you. In an infrequent case that there is an issue with your purchase, either in terms of the product or delivery, we don't want you paying unnecessarily for a plumber or fitter. Any good plumber or fitter should happily make a quick visit to ensure all your products are present and correct before starting installation.
3.3) To order goods over the telephone or on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the United Kingdom. All telephone orders will be acknowledged verbally at the time of order, and all orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that verbal and/or electronic acknowledgement do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. We may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you by telephone or e-mail.
3.4) We'll treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
3.5) If you're not a consumer then you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use this website to purchase goods. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by us, nor at the point in time that you receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are delivered to customer, the order may not be accepted by mjbathrooms.co.uk or can be cancelled by you at any point between the order placed and before goods is/are dispatched. Any email or other acknowledgment of your order only means that your request has been received and will be looked at, and does not in any way represent acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the email. MJbathrooms.co.uk reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to authorize it to evaluate and/or process the order.

4.1) The description of the goods you order will be as shown on the MJbathrooms.co.uk website at the time you place your order. We have work hard to ensure information provided on our web site is accurate, we do request that our customers satisfy themselves that the product purchased will be suitable for use also refer to manufacturer or supplier website for the item you are willing to purchase for accurate details and if any discrepancies for any product details on our website.
4.2) All the images, description, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All specifications given to the customer are intended as a guide only. We always try to make sure all product descriptions are correct, but advise customers to take technical advice from qualified sources before ordering any products.
4.3) Certain products may need some modification to meet your specific requirements, such as pipework, space constraints and designs. Any such modifications are carried out at your own risk, and the resulting modifications may void the guarantee on the goods purchased.
4.4) If you are purchasing multiple goods, we advise you to select from same manufacturer as the other manufacturer may be sourced from elsewhere which may result in a slight variation in size, colour and / or design.
5. Delivery
5.1) We are delighted to inform you that our DELIVERY IS FREE on majority of UK mainland excluding the following postcodes may incur charges.

For all offshore & overseas deliveries a standard charge will be applied and an additional amount will be calculated after order

5.2) We aim to despatch your order immediately although delivery times for some products can vary, estimates are shown next to each product but this should not be taken as a guaranteed delivery date. We will contact you regarding your delivery date. The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available, MJBathrooms.co.uk will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that have been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
5.3) For palletised deliveries, the goods will be delivered as close as possible. If this location is inaccessible for any reason, such as a narrow street, up a flight of stairs (such as flats), or any other hindrance, delivery will be made as near to your property.
5.4) The calculation of delivery times considered in accordance to working dates, i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive but excluding bank holidays. If you order after 2.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day (including if you are offered our next working day delivery service). Please call us and we will be more than happy to advise you with the earliest delivery possible.
5.5) If a particular day is not suitable for delivery please mention it in Delivery Instruction at the time of ordering.
5.6) Any refused or failed deliveries may incur an additional delivery charge and this must be paid before any further attempts to deliver are made.
5.7) Standard Pallet Delivery is a road side one man service, and assistance may be required from the customer's side.
5.8) We try our best to make deliveries at the earliest. However when making hundreds of deliveries every week, the difficulties caused by traffic congestion and weather conditions (including snow, ice, wind, rain and flood) can sometimes cause delays to these schedules. On some rare occasions permitted driving hours regulations may force these delays to extend overnight or longer. We regret we cannot compensate customers for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
5.9) You may sometimes receive your order in parts. This may happen when the goods you order are from a range of different manufacturers or when items are due in stock. We reserve the right to do this and we will not charge you any extra for these additional deliveries.
5.10) Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign to confirm your goods have been received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your order at the time of delivery then please sign for the parcel as UNCHECKED. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
5.11) It is important that someone is available to sign the delivery documentation when your order arrives. However, we are aware that some of our customers may request that goods are 'left in a safe place' stated on their order. Whilst we are happy to pass these instructions on to our couriers, this is done entirely at your own risk and at the discretion of the courier. We accept no liability for claims for shortages or non-delivery, when goods are delivered in this manner at your request. Please do not ask us to leave goods without obtaining a signature unless you are prepared to accept the risks that this involves.
5.12) All goods supplied, must be checked within 48 hours of delivery for defects and suitability. Any defects must be reported to support@mjbathrooms.co.uk customer services immediately but no later than 2 days after delivery. We will not be held liable for any warranty and/or defect claims made thereafter.
5.13) If you are not personally available to accept delivery of the goods you may appoint a representative to do so on your behalf. The representative must be an adult capable of supervising collection on your behalf, and you agree that we will be entitled to rely on the representative's instructions as if they were your own.
6. Cancellation of an Order
6.1) Customer is entitled to cancel the contract at any time before dispatch of the goods. Customer must provide the written notice to mjbathrooms.co.uk via email or letter giving the details of the goods ordered and reason of cancellation. Notification on call is not sufficient.
6.2) Beside in the case of wrongly ordered goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods delivered to you,you will be responsible for returning the goods with the original packaging and in resalable condition within 14 days of us acknowledging your return request and providing a return address (self returns entirely at Supplier discretion may not be always possible)or will arrange collection from our side which may incur collection charges. Once you have submitted your written notice of cancellation, the goods must be returned to the address given to you by mjbathrooms.co.uk at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession.
7. Returns & Refunds
7.1) If you are not satisfied with the order or you have changed your mind, you may report it within 14 days of delivery for a refund; You may choose your own carrier to return the item(s), or you can ask us to make arrangements (a courier fee will apply) (Items should be well packed and adequate insurance is taken with your chosen courier and returned with the original delivery note).
7.2) For orders cancelled once the goods have been dispatched from our distribution centre. Such cancellation of orders will result in a refund of the Products, less any costs incurred by us in recovering the items back to our distribution centre. The items must be returned unused and in resalable condition, including the original retail packaging. Fair deductions can be made to the refund if the item arrives back in a condition such that we cannot sell it as new or the packaging is missing or damaged.
7.3) Once the item has been fitted or installed or attempted to be fitted or installed it is deemed that you have accepted those goods and we will not be able to replace goods as "damaged in transit" or "faulty" unless the fault is such that it could not have been seen before installation.
7.4) Collection of the goods will only take place from the delivery address to which they were delivered and will be subject to the following conditions:
7.5) You agree to provide MJbathrooms.co.uk with as much detail as possible of relevant features of the delivery address which floor the items are to be collected from, whether there are any narrow doors etc. in order to help our representative prepare for the collection.
7.6) You agree to ensure that there is suitable access to the chosen collection location.
7.7) If our representative reasonably considers that collection from the room of your choice is likely to cause damage to the goods or to your property, they will inform you and record this concern on the collection document. You may instruct our representative to collect the goods in spite of such concern but we will not be liable for any damage caused to your property or to the goods as a consequence of us attempting collection on your instructions (provided that reasonable care is taken in collecting the goods).
7.8) You agree to give our representative all goods which are being returned, including all component parts of such goods and all related items or accessories and the original packaging which are included in the price of the goods being returned.
7.9) A collection document must be signed by you to confirm that the collection has taken place. The collection document will be provided by the representative who comes to collect your goods.
7.10) We will refund the price you paid for the goods and credit the refund you are due to the credit or debit card that you made payment with. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and in any event within the deadlines.
7.11) We will make any refunds due to you within a reasonable period of time after goods are returned to our manufacturer’s place.
8. Price
8.1) The Price of the Goods is set out on the Website and on the confirmation of order. The price is in Great Britain Pounds Sterling and includes all taxes or other duties due, including Value Added Tax. These prices exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due if in case any delivery charge applies.
8.2) In the event that there is a misprint or pricing error on the website then MJ Bathrooms Store will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.
8.3) Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
8.4) Our web site carries a large number of Products and it is always possible that, regardless our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our web site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

Any monies paid will be refunded in full if you choose to cancel.

11.1) MJ Bathrooms Ltd is not technical experts in the field of heating, plumbing or bathroom installation. All our staffs are informed not to give any form of technical advice. If you have need any technical information then it should be directed to a suitably qualified professional, i.e. a corgi registered gas installer or a member of the institute of plumbing. You agree that any advice given by a member of MJ Bathrooms Ltd will not be relied upon without verification with suitably qualified professionals.
11.2) MJ Bathrooms Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage caused by relying on any such advice.
